Today Mar 19th thousands of college students from all colleges came together and made a mass rally on the main roads of Coimbatore. For the first time the students from Arts and Science, Engineering and Technology, Medical, Law Colleges came together and made this procession. The district administration surprised and stunned by the disciplined display of unity by the students to protest against Sri Lanka.
During the procession students demanded justice for the war crime, genocide done against Tamils and unified internation enquiry for Human Rights violations. Students also demanded referendum for seperate Tamil Elam
