Students of Thiru.Vi.Ka Govt. Arts college, Tiruvarur

Students of Thiru.Vi.Ka Govt. Arts college, Tiruvarur, started their indefinite hunger strike near the college campus. The students condemned the Sri Lankan government for its alleged human rights violations and the Union government for its failure to bring in amendments to the U.S.-sponsored resolution adopted at the United Nations Human Rights Council.
